● Job Responsibilities

Oversee full lifecycle management of cross-border USD funds, and lead end-to-end operations spanning fundraising, investment decision-making, post-investment value creation and exit. Focus on core segments including cross-border direct investments in growth-stage tech enterprises, industrial M&A involving listed companies, and partnerships with government industrial funds. Build standardized investment decision-making and risk control systems. Execute compliant multi-currency fund operations under the regulatory framework of Hong Kong SFC Type 9 License. Source global institutional LPs, corporate CVCs and local government resources to materialize industrial value. Lead the team to conduct project due diligence, design transaction structures and conduct investment reviews.

● Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cross-border private equity investment with proven track records in USD fund fundraising and management. In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong SFC asset management regulations, cross-border foreign exchange controls and QFLP operational models. Build a global industrial investment research system covering core tracks including the new economy, hard technology and consumer sectors, and produce in-depth industry research reports as well as macro cycle analysis. Provide fundamental research support for Hong Kong and U.S. listed IPOs, cross-border M&As, private equity investments and global asset allocation businesses, and participate in target due diligence and valuation analysis. Conduct reviews, return attribution and methodology summarization for all types of investment projects. ● Job Responsibilities

Leverage Hong Kong SFC Type 9 Asset Management License and US RIA registration to build a global asset screening and allocation framework, selecting overseas hedge funds, private equity, private credit and compliant alternative assets. Design and dynamically optimize geographically diversified, multi-strategy investment portfolios tailored to the risk appetite of institutional and high-net-worth clients. Coordinate cross-border declaration procedures for QFLP/QDIE/ODI and manage compliance risks across both domestic and overseas jurisdictions. Monitor global macro market trends, control portfolio volatility risks, and regularly produce asset allocation reports and investment reviews. Provide end-to-end offshore family trust services for ultra-high-net-worth clients, and design comprehensive solutions covering asset segregation, intergenerational succession and tax optimization. Lead the establishment and ongoing compliance administration of offshore trusts in jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, BVI and Hong Kong. Collaborate with legal, tax and asset management teams to devise trust shareholding structures under red-chip frameworks. Formulate supporting family governance frameworks and succession planning systems. Strictly comply with domestic and overseas regulatory requirements, control compliance risks of cross-border trust structures, and ensure the long-term stable operation of structures.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in offshore trusts and private wealth succession services with a track record of successfully delivering full-cycle trust implementation projects.
